Is Duterte Liable for EJK's in the Philippines?

The human rights advocates are one of the staunch critics of the Duterte administration. They think that Duterte are violating the law commanding the Philippine National Police to go after the criminals specially those involved in illegal drugs. Really? Is it indicated in the Philippine Constitution that the Police must protect the welfare of Filipino people? are they out of their mind?.

They blame the administration for more than 7,000 killed in the his anti-illegal drug campaign in just more than 8 months in his position as president. We cannot blame the administration enforcing the law because "law is law" but enforcing the law is one of the contributory to this killings why? many people are involved in drugs from  poor Filipinos to the rich drug lords in this country. Even the law enforcement agencies and politicians are part of illegal drug trade protecting the drug syndicates for decades of their illegal activities so what would you expect? of course those personalities who are part of illegal drugs for the sake protecting themselves are willing to kill.

Is it right to blame the president to what so called EJK's who just  strongly enforce the law against illegal drugs?. Duterte is not tolerating this kind of act. In fact, he creates a special task force in Philippine National Police for every district that is specifically to operate against illegal drugs. These police are scrupulously chosen to ensure that every operation is not against the law.
